Kathleen S. Bowen is celebrating her 27th year in the financial
services profession and has a commitment and passion for the
business like never before! She started her career right out
of college in 1982. With the support of her father and the
mentoring of his wealth management advisor, she has stayed
the course. Her father's spirit and work ethic imprinted itself
on her life and business to this day. "I have weathered up
and down markets, good and bad times, but the dynamics of planning
have become such an important part of an individuals success
that I feel more valuable than ever".
"Blending Passion with Expertise"
Over the years Kathleen has engaged and represented clients from
all professional avocations. Kathleen made a decision 7 years ago
to pursue her passion of Food & Wine. She attended the Cook Street
School of Fine Cooking in Denver, Colorado and earned her professional
training in Classic French and Italian Cuisine. "After investing
the time it required to graduate from the program, I realized how
difficult and time consuming the culinary industry is" states
Kathleen. "Chefs work very hard and have a great deal of pride
in what they do. Often they don't have time to take care of themselves
and their families, so I decided to focus on supporting the Food
& Wine industry doing what I know best." It has been an epiphany
to blend my expertise with my client's goals and planning objectives.
I immediately joined the ACF Denver Chapter and became involved
in any manner that I could. Now she is investing her time and resources
partnering with the ACF across the country and providing educational,
financial workshops for the Food and Wine community. Kathleen offers securities and investment advisory services through NFP Securities, Inc.
As an Executive Wine Sommelier and a Chef of Wine Arts, Kathleen blends her passion with her expertise in working with people in this industry in financial planning today. |
